Gorka Sadowski brings 35 years of cybersecurity leadership across market creation, product strategy, GTM execution, and ecosystem development. He led Security Operations research at Gartner, including foundational work on SOC; drove Exabeam's transformation from a UEBA vendor to a Security Operations Platform; built Splunk's security ecosystem from the ground up; and accelerated product-market fit at NetScreen through alliance co-development.
He is the Founder of the XDR Alliance — an open, collaborative framework for threat detection and response — and a Founding Partner at FirstBoard.io. Gorka currently serves on multiple Advisory Boards for early- and growth-stage cybersecurity startups.
He is actively exploring Board of Directors opportunities where he can apply strategic insight, scaling expertise, and deep industry connections to help companies create and lead new markets.
